Today I am sharing how I similar to make dog collars! It is such a fun, fast project. You tin sew one in 10 minutes or less.

Feed one end of your strip through the "D band" and the clip as shown, leaving a 2.5" or so tail.

Slide the ring to the right out of your fashion, and sew the tail down, going dorsum and along across the same spot several times to reinforce.

Now slide the ring over to your stitches and stitch along the other side, equally close as you lot can, reinforcing again.

One side is done! Now for the other end. Feed it through the slider, up and over the middle bar. Brand sure your strip isn't twisted!

Now feed the terminate through the other side of the clip, and back upward nether the other side of the slider.

Tug that through a piddling more than and fiddle around with it until you lot accept space to fold over that tail and sew it down to itself.

You've done it my friend! Now for the dashing trivial scarf.

Start with a foursquare of textile, anywhere from 10" to xx" will piece of work, depending on the size of your dog. I like to use a woven cloth for this part so that I can create a niggling fringe on the edges.

Cut the square in one-half diagonally.

Stitch along the ii short ends of the triangle a 1/4" abroad from the edge. Utilise a pretty small stitch length, this is going to prevent fraying.

At present fold over the long side a i/4" and press, then fold and printing again. Stitch right down the center of that fold, backstitching at both ends to secure.

Now get dorsum and fluff out your short edges, pulling out any long threads from the grain to create a little fringe. Throwing it in the wash will help this part forth. Here's the scarf I made for my in-laws' dog, yous tin can come across the beautiful little fringe at that place.

If yous don't want to do it that mode yous can just fold, printing and stitch all 3 edges.
